Senior Backend Engineer

As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for Senior Backend Software Engineers to join our team. You will be a part of Granulate’s R&D team, bringing to life the first real-time continuous optimization solution. Working with a talented and agile engineering team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and build an incredible product.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain Granulate’s core backend infrastructure.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, reliable, and extensible products.
• Work closely with product management and the rest of the engineering team to define and improve features and solutions.

Requirments:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in building scalable, high-performance systems.
• Extensive experience with modern software languages (Python).
• Extensive experience delivering products over leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating with their API.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of best practices relating to security, performance, and monitoring.
• Experience with time-series DBs – advantage.
• Team player who is eager to be an early adopter of new technologies.
