Granulate Achieves AWS DevOps Competency Status
Today, we’re excited to announce that Granulate, provider of real-time continuous optimization for cloud infrastructure, has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) DevOps Competency status.
This designation recognizes Granulate’s deep expertise and proven technology, helping customers running on AWS continuously improve their application performance and reduce their cloud compute costs.
Why is the AWS DevOps Competency important?
Achieving the AWS DevOps Competency differentiates Granulate as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that provides specialized demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success with a specific focus on performance, cost, and application-driven resource management optimization.
To receive the designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS. “Granulate is proud to be validated by AWS and achieve the DevOps Competency status,” said Tom Amsterdam, Chief Product Officer at Granulate. “We are fully dedicated to continuously help companies achieve their technology goals as well as their business goals by leveraging the agility, breadth of services, and pace of innovation that AWS and Granulate provide.”
DevOps and Granulate
Granulate is pioneering real-time continuous optimization in cloud environments by seamlessly integrating with highly dynamic microservices architectures.
DevOps teams success is part of our core mission, which to us means:
Voice of the Customer: Singular
In the last couple of years, Singular, a Marketing Intelligence platform, has experienced tremendous growth. As it scaled up, the company started looking for initiatives to optimize its cloud infrastructure – cost and performance-wise.
After being impressed by Granulate’s offering, Singular started seeing the greater potential Granulate can provide, not only by improving the overall latency of its application but also by reducing its growing AWS bill.
“We were able to achieve great cost-saving and improved responsiveness on some of our most mission-critical services, all that within a matter of days,” said Ofir Nir, Head of DevOps at Singular. “In terms of manpower, onboarding any tool is always costly, but with Granulate, we really felt the investment of ‘human’ resources was minimal. It did not require any engineering resources for the optimization to work, and we saw great results.”
AWS and Granulate – Better Together
From the beginning of our communications, Granulate and AWS have always been aligned in their beliefs and goals, especially when it comes to their customers. Naturally, that’s why Granulate is an AWS Advanced Technology Partner and part of the ISV Accelerate Program.
