Manage all technical aspects of sales, including clients onboarding

Details

As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a solutions engineer to join our team. You will manage all technical aspects of sales, including clients onboarding. Working with a talented and agile core team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and make an impact. You’ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact. As our first Solutions Engineer at a  fast-growing company, you’ll help define the role at Granulate.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Successfully match customer needs/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of the sales and POC process.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.

Qualifications:

Global Account Executive

You will be a key part in making sure our end users are getting the most out of our real-time continuous optimization solution. Responsibilities:

  • As the account’s POC within Granulate, you will strive to maintain a positive working relationship with your accounts, mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Marshall resources across Granulate as needed to support customers needs.
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the Granulate’s real-time continuous optimization solution.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within designated accounts and walk them through installation on additional services.
  • Measure and analyze account performance and customer sentiments to provide insights on how to improve.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Granulate advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies) and work closely with the Marketing team to produce these assets. 
  • Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvement.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to manage and grow our product UI. The product designer will build the UI that developers and DevOps engineers around the world rely on: real-time dashboards, data visualizations, core site functionality, and the design systems and tools that power it. Their work makes the data we collect and value we provide easy for users to understand and act on.

You’ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact. As our first product designer in a  fast-growing company, you’ll help define the role of product design at Granulate. We are expanding globally, designing and rolling out DesignOps to speed up and scale design. You’ll be involved in every step of the process—defining product, collaborating with PMs and engineering leads, working with designers on research, prototypes and systems, and managing and recruiting other talented designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with product managers and R&D team to understand how our customers use Granulate and what they need to succeed.
  • See your design work through from start to finish: turn insights from user research into ideas, sketch and prototype to bring them to life, and ship products and features that make Granulate better.
  • Communicate both your design work and the support for your design decisions across the company.

Product Marketing Managers (PMM) at Granulate are an integral part of the Product and the Marketing orgs. PMMs partner with Product Managers to bring new products to market.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Granulate, you will touch on all areas of the product and business that can help move Granulate forward: From go-to-market strategy for new products and features to creating the content that enables our sales team. We give our Product Marketing Managers the opportunity to collaborate, investigate, and ideate how we can gear our product strategy to yield the highest results. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage successful product launches by supporting the go-to-market strategy of new product segments and features, including positioning, pricing, packaging, messaging, demos, etc.
  • Define, establish and maintain value propositions with supporting materials and documentation including website collateral, datasheets, product brochures, and solutions content.
  • Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis per product segments, resulting in product roadmap guidance and sales consumable battlecards.
  • Produce customer marketing assets and collateral such as written case studies and video testimonials.
  • Liaise with various departments to drive marketing projects and increase MQLs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
