Manage all technical aspects of sales, including clients onboarding

Details

As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a solutions engineer to join our team. You will manage all technical aspects of sales, including clients onboarding. Working with a talented and agile core team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and make an impact. You’ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact. As our first Solutions Engineer at a  fast-growing company, you’ll help define the role at Granulate.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Successfully match customer needs/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical aspects of the sales and POC process.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to assist in the building of new relevant features. 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a sales engineer. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.

You will be a part of Granulate’s R&D team, bringing to life the first real-time continuous optimization solution. Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire development cycle of our performance dashboard – architecture, design, development, deployment and monitoring.
  • Deliver frequent product deployments in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a fullstack developer.
  • Strong knowledge of our stack – Python (Async), ReactJS and GraphQL.
  • Strong knowledge about UI best practices – We use Tailwind CSS and Emotion JS.
  • Strong knowledge working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

The Granulate sales team is responsible for evangelizing Granulate ability to improve application performance by 40% while reducing costs by 60% across Digital Native/ Cloud Native companies all around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed MRR booking quota
  • Independently build and manage a large pipeline of leads to drive pipeline growth
  • Build relationships with relevant customers and sell Granulate SAAS service
  • Must have an understanding of public cloud technology and concepts and be able to explain product benefits within this context
  • Accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Travel to customer locations to support the sales efforts (when relevant)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as Global Enterprise SaaS Sales, at a top SaaS Startup
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles
  • Experience selling complex SW products/solutions to the enterprise market and strategic accounts

We’re looking for a Product Designer to manage and grow our product UI. The product designer will build the UI that developers and DevOps engineers around the world rely on: real-time dashboards, data visualizations, core site functionality, and the design systems and tools that power it. Their work makes the data we collect and value we provide easy for users to understand and act on.

You’ll join at an ideal time to make a big impact. As our first product designer in a  fast-growing company, you’ll help define the role of product design at Granulate. We are expanding globally, designing and rolling out DesignOps to speed up and scale design. You’ll be involved in every step of the process—defining product, collaborating with PMs and engineering leads, working with designers on research, prototypes and systems, and managing and recruiting other talented designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with product managers and R&D team to understand how our customers use Granulate and what they need to succeed.
  • See your design work through from start to finish: turn insights from user research into ideas, sketch and prototype to bring them to life, and ship products and features that make Granulate better.
  • Communicate both your design work and the support for your design decisions across the company.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand how your designs will be built.

Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in digital product design.
